Grip socks are required for health and safety reasons. You are welcome to bring your own, or you can purchase a pair from reception. Additionally, we recommend bringing water and wearing appropriate clothing for physical activity. Thank you for your understanding!
Each session lasts 55 minutes, allowing time to cool down and wipe the equipment clean.
Our instructors grant a 10 minute grace period per class. If you arrive later than this you will be refused entry and unfortunately your credit will be lost.
You must be over 14 years old to participate in our classes.
There are 5 spaces available to book per class.
Yes, classes and packages are able to be booked/purchased at the studio.

If you need to cancel or change your class, please do so 24 hours before the class is due to take place. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will forfeit your credit and no refund will be given.
There is a free car park located on Ascot High Street next to the Maserati garage.
